ESE Capital (previously Intro Crowd) was founded in 2016 as a response to the ongoing housing crisis in the UK. Founder & CEO, Gregory Baker, wished to minimise the strain on the housing market by providing housebuilders with an increase in suitable land sites available for development. Originally embracing a crowdfunding model, ESE Capital provided qualified investors with the opportunity to fund the development of greenfield land sites across the country for affordable housing developments.
